Medibrix exists because existing welfare technology kept failing in real-world clinical workflows. Fragmented systems. Slow processes. No time for patients. We started over — from the workflow up.
Our story
Two physicians, a pandemic, and a stubborn idea about healthcare software.
Medibrix started with one idea: simplify healthcare for both professionals and patients. The founders — Marius Christensen and Anders Stormo — were practising physicians who wanted to give better care through smart software, not work around it.
That idea grew, fast. The platform was scaled up to serve as Norway’s national pandemic response — a team of six employees running services for the entire Norwegian population. It proved what we already believed: a small team with a workflow-first product can outperform big systems built far from the clinic floor.
After the pandemic we moved into medical clinics, pharmacies, and optical retail chains, with the same vision: change how patients and clinicians actually interact — from booking through the exam to follow-up. Seven years on, the same platform runs across four Nordic countries.

Every module is shaped in partnership with people who use it on real patients before it ships to anyone else. No isolated product team designing for clinicians from afar.

A feature that doesn’t fit the flow is a feature that won’t be used. We say no often, so the system stays usable as it grows.

Our headquarters sits in Harstad in northern Norway, with a second office in Oslo. Together the two locations run development, operations, and customer success across the Nordics — and we welcome customers and partners to visit either one.
